• Define and implement enterprise-wide DevSecOps strategies, standards, and maturity models.
• Design secure DevSecOps platforms for multi-geography deployments with latency optimization, data residency compliance, and high-availability orchestration.
• Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with Maven build and scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl).
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning, and container scanning.
• Lead automation of infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Implement configuration management with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Automate security testing and validation tools for early detection of vulnerabilities.
• Champion a shift-left security mindset by embedding tools and processes into development workflows.
• Design, develop and maintain dependable, mission critical, enterprise-scale Cloud DevSecOps systems. Preferably in Oracle Cloud.
• Build and manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, EKS, OKE, etc.).
• Ensure best practices around cloud cost optimization, security, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Handle offshore coordination and deliverables.
