System Validation Engineer
Location: Peoria, IL onsite
Duration: long term contract
What you'll do
Validate resilient communications and V2X solutions for autonomous earthmoving platforms-own functional diagrams, schematics, and specifications end to end.
Develop test strategies: create/update test plans, define scenarios, and execute test cases in lab, pickup truck, and on machine environments.
Own requirements in Jama-traceability, change control, and stakeholder alignment.
Partner across Autonomy to deliver connectivity that enables reliable tele operation and autonomy at scale.
Continuously improve verification systems and workflows to raise bar on reliability and safety.
What you'll bring (Basic)
Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering discipline.
2+ years designing and developing connectivity systems (networking/comms).
Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record solving complex technical problems.
Top candidates also have
Network architecture/design experience (public LTE/5G, bonded cellular, routing).
Hands on systems integration experience.
Linux experience (system bring up, configuration, diagnostics).
Test plan design ,execution and automation for edge/embedded systems.
