Job Description

• Production Stability & 24/7 Support: Serve as a technical point of contact for the end-to-end stability of high-availability digital and card service applications, including participating in on-call rotations to resolve critical incidents.
• Infrastructure & Platform Management: Manage and troubleshoot multi-tier distributed systems across hybrid environments, including Linux/Unix, Azure cloud resources, and containerized platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Automation & CI/CD Integration: Streamline operational workflows by automating deployments, environment validations, and manual tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Helm.
• Advanced Monitoring & Observability: Proactively enhance system visibility by building dashboards and alerts in Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace to detect and remediate issues before they impact clients.
• Incident Lifecycle & Root Cause Analysis: Lead technical triage for complex system failures, performing deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify patterns and implement permanent preventative fixes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Dev and QA teams to ensure "production readiness" through rigorous change management, capacity planning, and the maintenance of detailed technical runbooks.
