Summary

What you ll be doing

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, low-latency, high-throughput APIs
Build and optimize backend services using Go, Java, or Node.js (TypeScript) with GraphQL
Drive front-end applications using React + TypeScript (clean, reusable components)
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and best practices
Partner with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful features
Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security across systems
Define and enforce engineering standards (testing, CI/CD, deployments)

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead role
Strong backend experience in Go / Java / Node.js
Hands-on GraphQL API development
Solid React + TypeScript experience
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
Background in real-time systems, caching strategies, or event-driven architectures
Cloud exposure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes
