Summary

Location: Hybrid Morgantown, PA (2 days/week on site)

Salary: 160-180K

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise grade MDM solutions. This individual will guide strategy, architecture, and implementation across large, complex organizations and collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to establish trusted, authoritative data domains.

Required

7+ years of MDM architecture experience, including leadership of multiple full lifecycle implementations in large enterprises.

Deep hands on experience configuring and supporting major MDM platforms

Strong expertise in domain modeling, entity design, hierarchical modeling, and metadata management

Advanced understanding of ETL/ELT architectures, API frameworks, integration platforms, and data quality methodologies.

Background with complex enterprise environments spanning cloud, hybrid, and on prem systems.

Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non technical audiences and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
