Sr. PeopleSoft Project Manager

Exciting remote opportunity for a Sr. PeopleSoft Project Manager to join a leading higher education client. This long-term, 12-month+ contract position requires availability during standard business hours (8-5 PST). You'll play a key role in managing impactful PeopleSoft projects, particularly within the Workforce Administration (WFA) and ePerformance modules, as well as supporting broader HR, Payroll, and Finance PeopleSoft initiatives. Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years' experience as a lead Project Manager, managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects
Experience managing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) projects
Proven track record of managing PeopleSoft implementations or enhancements
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading large, cross-functional project teams
Ability to work remotely and be available 8-5 PST Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as Workforce Administration (WFA), ePerformance, Benefits, GL, Payroll, or Absence Management
  Prior experience managing projects in the higher education domain
  Vendor management and system integration experience
