Summary

The client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Identity Systems Engineer with strong OKTA and OKTA Advanced Server Access (ASA) expertise, along with hands-on printer administration. This role supports enterprise-wide system installations, upgrades, and secure identity management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise printer administration and management
Administer OKTA and OKTA ASA environments with strong security controls
Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality
Perform system installations, updates, and upgrades
Develop and maintain critical system documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Provide on-call support for after-hours patching and upgrades

Required Experience

8+ years in infrastructure and identity systems engineering
Strong experience with OKTA, OKTA ASA, and enterprise security practices
Printer administration, Fairfax, and Secure Doc experience
Excellent documentation, communication, and independent working skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
