Business Analyst – Solicitation Review System (SRS)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the modernization of the Solicitation Review System (SRS) for the Compliance and Quality Control Division. This role will work with business stakeholders and the Senior Systems Advisor to gather requirements, analyze gaps, document processes, and support testing for a new Jotform-based system integrated with PowerAutomate, Excel, and PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document current and future state workflows

• Perform gap analysis between existing and desired system functionality

• Develop functional requirements, business rules, and reporting needs

• Maintain requirements traceability and change logs

• Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing

• Produce user documentation and training materials

• Provide weekly status updates, risks, and progress reports to leadership

Deliverables

• Current- and future-state requirements documentation

• Gap analysis and recommendations report

• Reporting and data mapping requirements

• Requirements traceability matrix and change log

• Test plans, test cases, and validation results

• User manual and weekly status reports

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of business analysis experience

• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and gap analysis

• Knowledge of SDLC and business process analysis

• Experience translating policies or regulations into system requirements

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
