Job Overview: The Data Analyst IV will play a critical role in interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights to drive business decisions. This position involves gathering data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Power BI and Excel, and experience in data cleansing, preparation, and mining. This role is part of the Cloud Technology Lifecycle Management project and may involve a hybrid or remote work schedule.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate to design and develop schemas, data acquisition transformations, and data integration.
- Develop and utilize software to interface big data and relational solutions.
- Design and implement solutions for metadata, data quality, and privacy management.
- Support and consult with development staff on data-related projects.
- Collect and interpret data from various sources.
- Analyze results and report findings to relevant business stakeholders.
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets to inform business decisions.
- Work alongside teams to establish business needs and define new data collection and analysis processes.
Qualifications: - Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros), and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of data cleansing, preparation, and mining techniques.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- Experience in translating business requirements into non-technical terms.
- High-level expertise in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.

Pay Range: $60-65/Hr
