Sr Functional Analyst with TeamCenter

Requirement Orchestration: Lead workshops with global stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD).

System Design: Map business processes to Teamcenter standard capabilities (OOTB) to minimize custom code and ensure long-term maintainability.

Solution Architecture: Guide the configuration of Teamcenter modules including BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE), Workflow Designer, and Access Manager.

Cross-Functional Integration: Oversee integrations between Teamcenter and CAD tools (NX, Catia, SolidWorks) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Strategic Roadmap: Advise leadership on upgrades (e.g., migrating from Teamcenter 14 to Teamcenter X/Cloud) and the adoption of new modules.

Mentorship: Lead a team of junior analysts and developers, providing guidance on best practices and quality assurance.

Core Teamcenter: Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture (4-tier and 2-tier) and Active Workspace (AW).

Module Mastery: Proven experience in Change Management, Document Management, Structure Manager (BOM), and Classification.

Configuration: Advanced skills in BMIDE (Data Modeling), Workflow development, and Query Builder.

Reporting: Experience with Teamcenter Reporting and Analytics (TcRA).

Industry Standards: Familiarity with CMII (Configuration Management) or APQP processes.
