Required Skills:
7+ years in an Information Technology role
Must have 3+ years in an Information Security role
Must have strong hands-on experience in security operations
Must have experience mentoring and/or leading others or the ability to move into a management role in the next 1-2+ years
Must have strong hands on experience with phishing, security incidents, vulnerability reports, and security audits
Must have experience with daily cybersecurity operations including effective monitoring, incident response, and optimization of enterprise-wide security tools and platforms
Experience with ISPM, IAM, IGA, PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM, DLP, and vulnerability management is ideal
Experience with M365 Administration, M365 Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Orchestrator, Rapid 7 IDR, Rapid 7 VM, Sophos EDR/XDR, KnowBe4 Training Platform,
Abnormal AI, and PowerShell scripting are ideal
Must have experience with vulnerability assessments, be able to lead remediation efforts, and be able to directly engage in remediation activities across systems, networks, and cloud services
Must have familiarity with regulatory/compliance standards (SOX, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS)
Must have strong leadership and communication skills
Must have the ability to build strong relationships with the business and other departments
CISA and/or CISSP certifications and/or Microsoft (SC-100/200/300/400, AZ-500), (ISC)2, ISACA, SANS/GIAC are ideal
