Salesforce Technical Developer

Responsibilities:
Design, Develop, and Implement Salesforce Solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to automate and optimize sales, customer service, and business workflows.
Develop custom applications and business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Controllers, ensuring scalable and reusable code that aligns with Salesforce best practices.
Create and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages to enhance the user interface and experience.
Build and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and record types to support business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.
Perform data migration, cleansing, and transformation using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Import Wizard.
Implement and optimize Apex Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs for data processing and background automation.
Design and maintain Reports and Dashboards in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to deliver business insights.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and sharing models, managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Perform unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Use version control and DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Salesforce CLI, VS Code) for source management and deployment automation.
Provide technical documentation, release notes, and support for implemented solutions and integrations.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and new features to continuously improve existing systems and recommend enhancements.
