You'll design and develop cloud-native back-end services, with opportunities to contribute across the full stack as our technology evolves. Today, our ecosystem includes TypeScript, Node.js , Python and Java , but we are continuously evolving and value engineers eager to learn and adapt .
You'll collaborate with product experts, data scientists, and engineers in a team focused on innovation, engineering excellence, and meaningful customer outcomes .
This is a hybrid position based in Dublin city centre , our strategic hub for AI development in Ireland .

Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs to power AI-driven solutions for global hiring.
- Ensure services are reliable, secure, and performant in cloud-native environment s .
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers in an agile, high-energy team.
- Adapt to evolving technologies and expand your skillset with new tools and languages.
- Develop your expertise through mentors hip , peer collaboration , and extensive training resources.
Qualifications We're hiring at multiple experience levels and will match scope and responsibilities to your background .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field ( or equivalent professional experience) .
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript).
- Understanding of API-based architectures, REST , and modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews, agile).
- Basic familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) is a plus, but passion for back-end development is essential.
- Interest or experience with libraries for interacting with AI models (including LLMs) is a plus .
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical team s .
