Senior Pega CDH Developer

Required Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Strong experience with Next-Best-Action (NBA), decision strategies, and customer engagement logic
• Solid understanding of Pega platform fundamentals, including rules, case management, and integrations
• Proficiency with SQL, including complex queries and data validation
• Pega certification required (e.g., Certified Pega System Architect, Certified Pega Business Architect)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience integrating Python-based services or automation with Pega applications
• Exposure to predictive analytics, adaptive models, or customer propensity modeling
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
• Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise or customer-facing platforms
