Job Summary

Value Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business units and the IT organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring accurate system documentation, and supporting the delivery of technical solutions that meet business needs in a government environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to provide technical solutions aligned with user needs.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps, improvements, and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure all system and user documentation is accurate, complete, reviewed, and approved.
• Identify commonalities in business models and assess new requirements imposed by law, regulation, or policy changes.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings with project stakeholders and contribute to project deliverables.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and technical staff to facilitate effective communication.
• Work closely with management, project managers, and end users to ensure solutions meet project scope and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to deliver business solutions within defined project timelines.
• Identify risks and obstacles to solution plans and assist in developing and implementing contingency plans.
