Sr Technical Busines Analyst- Fintech

Qualifications 

● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 

● Experience: 10+ years as a hands-on Business Analyst / Product Owner in FinTech, 
Banking, or Trading 

● Strong engineering background candidates who started as engineers are highly 
preferred 

● Working knowledge of: Java, AWS, UNIX / Linux & REST APIs & Microservices 

● Proven experience working in engineering consulting or product-driven environments 

● Strong understanding of system integration, event-driven architectures, and data flows 

● Comfortable working directly with engineers, QA, and architects on daily execution 

● Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level slide presentations 

● Experience with Trading platforms, Wealth Management systems, or Capital Markets 

● Kafka or event-driven systems exposure 

● Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP)
