Senior Analyst with RFP Software

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a direct client in New York, NY that is looking for a Senior Analyst who has expertise evaluating and testing RFP software platforms. This is a 6-month contract opportunity located in New York, NY.

Summary:
The client is evaluating the recently introduced Qvidian platform and its new AI powered capabilities to determine whether it is the optimal long-term solution for managing and automating our RFP response process. To fully leverage the platform, substantial data restructuring may be required-and alternative solutions or custom-built tools may also be explored.

To support this initiative, they are seeking a Senior Analyst with strong financial services knowledge and deep experience in RFP workflows. This individual will be responsible for mapping data sources, evaluating platform functionality, validating AI outputs, and helping define a proof of concept that informs future technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess Qvidian's AI capabilities by structuring and loading RFP content into the platform
* Compare generated responses against existing materials to evaluate accuracy, quality, and efficiency
* Identify system gaps, data model issues, or workflow limitations that may impact adoption

Data Mapping & Content Restructuring:
* Document and map all current data sources used in RFP responses (content libraries, product information, performance metrics, disclosures, SME inputs, etc.)
* Recommend data restructuring strategies to optimize AI-driven automation
* Ensure data alignment across platforms such as Heisman, Qubitian, or similar tools

Workflow Testing & Documentation:
* Perform hands on testing of RFP processes within Qvidian (or potential alternatives)
* Document findings, workflow improvements, user experience issues, and optimization opportunities
* Provide clear, structured reporting to leadership and technical teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in finance, asset management, or investment management-must understand RFP content and terminology
* Hands-on experience with RFP automation platforms such as Qvidian, Qubitian, Heisman, or equivalents
* Experience defining requirements for new tools, integrations, or custom-built applications
* Proven background in RFP response workflows, including institutional or enterprise-level responses
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate systems, data structures, and business requirements
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business, product, and technology teams
* Ability to work independently and deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with AI-enabled content platforms or document automation tools
* Prior work supporting technology transformations or workflow redesigns
* Ability to translate complex data sources into structured, reusable content models

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
