The Onsite Support Technician will provide dedicated, in-person technical assistance during the first month of operations. This role ensures smooth setup, quick issue resolution, and seamless escalation when needed.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
Escalate complex or high-priority issues to Intuit's internal support team for further investigation.
2 Techs- Sifts: M-Sat- 4PM-9PM / F-4-9 Sat 5-7 -Sun 9-5 Shift
Needed Immediately- Start date of this week or next.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
