Summary

6+ yr experience with design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response (VR) module
Implement end-to-end VR workflows: detection, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and closure
Integrate vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Nexpose with ServiceNow
Configure risk scores, CI risk, CVSS mappings, and vulnerability prioritization rules
Develop Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
Build dashboards& reports for vulnerability metrics, SLA tracking, and risk posture
Support SecOps performance analytics and executive reporting
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams for remediation
