Job Title: Windchill PLM Solution Architect (Implementation & Engineering Data Migration)

Location: Memphis, TN

Duration: 6 Months (Potential to extend based on Business needs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Windchill PLM Solution Architect with a strong background in PLM system architecture, implementation, and large-scale engineering data migrations. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Windchill PLM and a proven track record of implementing, customizing, and migrating engineering data from legacy systems into Windchill PLM. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution architecture and design of Windchill PLM implementations.
• Map business requirements to Windchill PLM functionalities and design scalable solutions.
• Configure and customize Windchill PLM and its modules including:
• PartLink
• MPMLink
• ProjectLink
• Drive end-to-end engineering data migrations from legacy systems to Windchill PLM.
• Extract, transform, validate, and prepare part and design data (3D models, 2D drawings, variants) for migration.
• Oversee and ensure successful execution of engineering data migration activities.
• Implement best practices for representing and managing engineering data in Windchill PLM.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams onsite and offshore.
• Delegate and monitor project tasks across the project team.
• Report project progress, status, and risks to the PMO organization.
• Interact with customers and stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Windchill PLM implementations.
• Deep understanding of:
• Windchill PLM architecture
• Part & Document management
• Part Document alignment
• Engineering design lifecycles
• Change management & workflows
• Proven experience in engineering data migrations from legacy systems to Windchill PLM.
• Strong exposure to discrete manufacturing domain engineering data.
• Ability to lead, architect, plan, and deliver complex PLM projects.

Strong communication, leadership, and customer interaction skills.
