Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and customizing Salesforce solutions for financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FSC data models, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and financial industry workflows such as Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Configure and extend FSC data models including Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Assets & Liabilities, Relationships, and Action Plans
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Aura components, and Visualforce
Implement Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Metadata, and business logic
Build and maintain integrations with core banking, insurance, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Support data migration, data quality, and reporting using FSC analytics
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy, and security standards
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and participate in CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
Solid understanding of Person Accounts and FSC financial data models
Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred)
Knowledge of Salesforce security model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Shield)
Experience working in Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance domains

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional

Nice to Have

Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
Exposure to Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics
Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset)
