Summary

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced QE Lead to lead Quality Engineering / Testing initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery for applications in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities:
Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for multiple projects
Mentor and guide QA/QE team members
Define and implement automation and manual testing frameworks
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and business teams to ensure requirements are met
Track defects, risks, and test metrics and report to stakeholders

Requirements:
8+ years in QA / QE, with 3+ years in a lead role
Strong experience in automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Cypress, etc.)
Strong SQL and data validation skills
Banking / Financial Services domain experience
