PMT / Industrial Engineer (MOST / MODAPTS / MTM)

Job Summary 
The Industrial Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes in a heavy vehicle assembly 
plant to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality and safety. This role involves 
work measurement study, applying engineering principles, implementing lean manufacturing 
practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, minimize 
waste, and streamline resource utilization. 
Roles & Responsibilities 
• Conduct work measurement study using MOST to determine labor requirements. 
• Conduct time and motion studies to eliminate bottlenecks and recommend 
changes for productivity improvement.   
• Support in Capacity Planning & Line balancing.  
• Assist improvement in manufacturing systems and processes for increasing 
production rates, efficiency, yield and cost reduction. 
• Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies 
and improvement opportunities. 
Must Have Skills 
• 4 years Engineering degree 
• Minimum 2–3 year experience in Industrial setting  
Good to Have 
• Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation of work measurement studies. 
• Must have MOST certification and documented experience of using MOST for determining 
labor requirement. 
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to sustain improvements. 
• Experience in production planning and control. 
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ergonomic principles is preferable.  
• Exposure to automation and smart manufacturing technologies.
