Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to assist in developing requirements for a new IT application. The ideal candidate will document the current state and desired future state while ensuring requirements meet agency guidelines. This role involves working closely with the Procurement team to create a Statement of Work (SOW) for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project initiation activities to identify current and future state requirements.
• Produce comprehensive Requirements Definition documents within established timelines.
• Develop processes and templates for standard documentation practices.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to translate requirements into the SOW.
• Participate in meetings and document project decisions effectively.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience with COTS applications and platforms.
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS applications.
• 8+ years in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Proven experience in defining and documenting business processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
