Client is one of the world s largest insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firms.
seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the integration of a large-scale Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiative.
This role will oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration, alignment with strategic objectives, and timely delivery of integration milestones.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex M&A integrations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end M&A integration program, ensuring alignment with client s strategic goals and objectives.
- Workstream Coordination: Oversee multiple workstreams, including operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, and other functional areas, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the integration program.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the integration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural alignment across the organization.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the integration program.
- Compliance: Ensure all integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and client s internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on M&A integrations.
- Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the insurance, risk management, or consulting industry.
Familiarity with client s business model and operations.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of organizational change management principles.
