We are seeking an experienced Customer 360 / AI Engineer with strong consulting background to support KPMG client engagements. The ideal candidate will design, build, and implement Customer 360 solutions enhanced with AI/ML capabilities to deliver actionable insights and personalized customer experiences.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Customer 360 data platforms integrating data from multiple customer touchpoints.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to support customer analytics, personalization, segmentation, and prediction use cases.
• Build scalable data pipelines and AI services using Python.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in client-facing consulting engagements, including requirement gathering, solution design, and presentations.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / AI Engineering / Advanced Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Customer 360 platforms or architectures
• Solid experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Advanced Python programming skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience working in a consulting environment (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong understanding of customer data models, MDM, CRM, and analytics
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
