Job Responsibilities
• Understand the functional and non-functional requirements and define the target state architecture
• Make Architectural and design decisions as appropriate for the program
• Responsible for end to end architecture and design
• Present the solution to the review board and ensure we get the necessary approvals
• Provide technical oversight during the implementation
Analyze any performance issues and guide the team to fix those issues
Skills and Experience:
• 15+ years of deep technical expertise in distributed transactional scale & digital architectures.
• Should have experience in running architecture assessments for a portfolio of applications and come up with modernization roadmap
• Should have experience on ticketing systems, ServiceNow
• Experience in Communications industry is an added advantage
• Should have full stack architecture experience across UI, Services, Data, Platform/Infra, Integration etc
• Should know how architectural decisions are taken
• Excellent communication skills and customer management skills
