Role: Product Analyst
Location Hybrid role 3-4 days to office Charlotte (LOCALS ONLY)
Experience: 8+ Years
Own business process analysis for Ratings Ops initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
Analyze current vs. target processes and define KPIs.
Coordinate cross team delivery and manage dependencies.
Drive UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
Maintain stakeholder communications and support issue triage.
Top Skills:
4 8+ years as a business/product analyst within Business Operations.
Strong documentation and stakeholder management.
Agile exposure (Scrum/Kanban).
Familiarity with controls/audit needs in a regulated environment.
Tools: Jira/Confluence; exposure to BI for KPI tracking.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred: CSM/PSM/SAFe, Alteryx Designer Core/Advanced, Tableau Desktop.
Work arrangement & compliance:
Hybrid/onsite as per team location and role.
Adherence to client s security, privacy, and change management standards.
How success will be measured (first 90 days):
Backlog clarity (definition of ready/done).
Sprint predictability and flow metrics.
UAT sign offs and stakeholder satisfaction.
