Responsibilities
- Have detailed understanding of Windows and be able to apply administrative knowledge to the requirements within the JWAC IT environment.
- Operate, administer, and upgrade computer systems, devices, and software to include configuration, provisioning for use, integration with storage and networking, load balancing and optimization, patching, software installation, updating, backup, restoration, and electronic and manual data transfer.
- Deploy software which includes scheduling, executing, and troubleshooting.
- Deploy security patches which includes scheduling, executing, and troubleshooting the deployment of security patches.
- Develop and maintain workflows and/or automation in JIRA and SP
- Develop plugins to extend JIRA and SP capabilities.
- Gather requirements, design, and developing workflows in either Microsoft Power Automate or JIRA.
- Tool administration and customization of SharePoint (SP) and/or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (JIRA).
- Develop/Maintain Web Pages in IIS
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance (SCI eligibility) required
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Security+ certificate to meet IAT II (Information Assurance Technical Level II) in accordance with DOD 8570.1 (Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program) certification requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred), AA/HS with 2-4 additional years of experience
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python or other scripting languages.
