All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment. Interns must be located in the same location throughout the duration of their internship and are prohibited from returning laptop/equipment to a different office location or shipping their equipment back. Position Summary: Our team is responsible for digital automation & governance across global fund admin departments.
One of our team's current initiatives is to migrate automation projects from legacy systems/manual processes to Microsoft applications, which provides interns with hands-on experience using new tools and developing projects while gaining insight into business functions. We also oversee automation governance, helping interns learn about frameworks and strategies essential for successful automation projects.

Evaluate business processes and document requirements/procedures for automation use cases.
Participating in the project releases process by identifying and prioritizing business data needs, working with local teams to accurately document data ownership, quality rules and licensing terms. Drive for solutions by continually seeking ways to reduce risk and streamline processes.
An intern in this department can expect to learn: An intern will gain insight into the duties of the mutual fund administration department and learn how they employ various technologies across distinct functional areas, while also receiving practical experience with these tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities Can Include: - Assist Supervisor with resolving technical issues on existing automation projects.
- Create, manage, and implement ongoing procedures for current automation projects, while also assisting in collecting requirements for new ones.
Ideal Qualifications: - Undergraduate preferably with Engineering (Computer Science) background.
- Ability to analyze, document and think analytically.
- Understands SQL and Excel functions.

This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5 (dependent on state/location) hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24 - $30 (dependent on location and function) USD per hour.
