Job Description

Position: Crystal Reports Developer

Location: Trenton, NJ - hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 06 months contract (with possible extension)

Summary:

The Reporting Technical Specialist is a senior level technical professional with deep expertise in Power BI and Crystal reports. This role requires a strong foundation in application development and architecture, enabling the specialist to deliver advanced business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions for complex programs or products.

Responsibilities:

Overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program

Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty

Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/ products

This is a professional position which may require subject matter expertise consistent with demanding and rare technological skills

May require coordination of programming activities being conducted by the application development team

Confers with other business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or feasibility of computer processing and project design

Works with necessary personnel to determine if modifications are necessary with interested personnel to determine necessity for modifications or enhancements

Leverages excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new business process and programming solutions as directed by business and technical stakeholders

May coordinate activities of application developers

Able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product

Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products

Subject matter expertise consistent with demanding and rare technological skills

Required Skills:

9+ years of Data Engineering & Database Skills experience

9 Years of Architecture, Governance, and Security experience

9+ years of Business and Stakeholder Leadership experience

9+ years of advanced Crystal Reports design and optimization experience

9+ Years of Power Bl deployment pipelines (Dev/TesUProd) experience

9+ years of thorough end to end testing experience

Preferred Skills:

Advanced skills in technologies such as SharePoint, SAP, Curam, Service Now, HL7, PEGA, etc.
