Your role in our mission - Receive, open, and organize incoming mail and email correspondence.
- Scan and upload documents to the appropriate system locations (e.g., Maestro) ensuring accuracy and proper file naming.
- Review scanned documents to confirm quality and completeness.
- Maintain accurate tracking of document submissions and completion logs.
- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure timely processing of received items.
- Support general administrative functions including digital filing, email management, and task prioritization.
- Handle confidential or sensitive information in accordance with company and HIPAA policies.
What we're looking for - Experience in document segregation & mail handling.
- Medical/insurance processing preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Outlook required.
- Experience with Excel preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What you should expect in this role - Work Type: Full-time, Remote (must reside in Arizona)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday from 10:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
- To work effectively as a teleworker or hybrid positions with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Higher speeds are recommended for optimal performance.
