Your role in our mission
  • Receive, open, and organize incoming mail and email correspondence.
  • Scan and upload documents to the appropriate system locations (e.g., Maestro) ensuring accuracy and proper file naming.
  • Review scanned documents to confirm quality and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of document submissions and completion logs.
  • Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure timely processing of received items.
  • Support general administrative functions including digital filing, email management, and task prioritization.
  • Handle confidential or sensitive information in accordance with company and HIPAA policies.


What we're looking for
  • Experience in document segregation & mail handling.
  • Medical/insurance processing preferred.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Outlook required.
  • Experience with Excel preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


What you should expect in this role
  • Work Type: Full-time, Remote (must reside in Arizona)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday from 10:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
  • To work effectively as a teleworker or hybrid positions with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Higher speeds are recommended for optimal performance.

The pay range for this position is $24,800.00 - $35,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
