Role: Java Developer with AWS and NodeJS

Onsite Role in Irving, TX

W2 Contract Role

JD:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Java and Node.js.

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance services deployed on AWS.

  • Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications.

  • Work with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.

  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot preferred).

  • Experience with Node.js for backend or microservices development.

  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services, architecture, and deployments.

  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and automated testing
