Overview
This rotation is with the Application Development Team within Health Sciences IT Application Services.
The Jr. Software Engineer will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to help and participate in all areas of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to gather & analyze requirements, design, modify, implement, and test software programming applications in various low code supported platforms like Salesforce, OutSystems, Power Automate, MS Access, PowerBi, and others.
Responsibilities:
Develops software solutions to meet customer requirements through team and individual efforts.
Work with Business Analyst, clients and stakeholders to gather and review requirements.
Work with Project Manager to fulfill project documentation requirements including user guides,
training materials, and documentation of final product.
Work with QA specialist to review test cases and assist in quality assurance testing when needed.

1. Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
2. Understanding of cloud-based systems, preferably with an emphasis on SaaS.
3. Ability to work in an Agile team environment.
4. Basic understanding of the low-code platforms for application development.
5. Ability to design automated workflows using triggers, conditions, and actions. Familiarity with integrating external systems or APIs (REST/SOAP)
