Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Dev / AI Engineering Lead to design, build, and scale Conversational AI platforms. This role requires strong API, cloud, and AI engineering experience, along with the ability to lead a small team while remaining deeply technical.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build API-first Conversational AI services (LLM, STT/TTS, RAG).
• Lead end-to-end delivery from prototype to production (GA).
• Design and implement REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
• Build data pipelines and analytics using Databricks and operational data stores.
• Develop HL7/FHIR integrations to support healthcare workflows.
• Orchestrate multi-channel messaging (voice, SMS, RCS, email) and telephony integrations.
• Ensure high availability, security, observability, and compliance (HIPAA-aware).

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior-level engineering background with production AI/ML experience.
• Strong expertise in API design, cloud platforms, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • LLM, STT/TTS, RAG-based AI pipelines
  • Data engineering & analytics pipelines
  • HL7/FHIR healthcare integrations
  • Multimodal messaging and telecom APIs
• Proven ability to lead while staying hands-on.
