Job Title: Neo4J DBA (Graph Database Engineer)
Location: Cincinnati, OH (100% Onsite)
Contract Duration:  (6 Months)
Compensation: $60.39/hr (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Neo4J DBA with over 8 years of experience to manage large-scale, multi-node cluster environments. This role involves the full lifecycle of graph database administration, from initial design and capacity planning to performance tuning and 24/7 operational support. You will be a key contributor to securing data assets and automating system administration tasks in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Cluster Management: Build, configure, and troubleshoot multi-node Neo4J and DSE clusters in multi-datacenter environments.
* Performance Tuning: Monitor cluster health, create performance metrics, and optimize CQL queries and schema designs.
* Data Integration: Load data into Neo4J from diverse sources and implement Spark/Solr integrations.
* Automation & DevOps: Utilize Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for build pipelines; manage version control via GitHub/GitLab.
* Maintenance: Handle backup/recovery, security modeling, and hardware/software upgrades.
* Support: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure maximum system availability.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in IT; 5+ years specifically as a Neo4J DBA.
  * Database Mastery: Deep understanding of Neo4J design principles, cluster connectivity, and distributed system performance.
  * Technical Stack: Proficient in at least one: Python, Java, Spark, or Bash.
  * Graph Expertise: Expert in data modeling, schema design, and CQL (Cypher Query Language).
  * DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Ansible/Chef/Puppet and CI/CD pipelines.
