HR Systems Analyst Workday Integration Support & Testing

Role Overview
Support Workday integration testing across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration between Workday and external systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot Workday integrations during testing cycles
• Update and validate Workday data for inbound and outbound integrations
• Execute test scripts; document results, defects, and resolutions
• Reconcile data between Workday and source systems
• Build advanced Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) for data validation
• Create and customize Workday reports to support testing
• Partner with HR, IT, business teams, and implementation partners to resolve issues
• Support integrations for benefits, 401(k), arrears, and retroactive processing

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Workday integration testing and data management
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency
• Understanding of Workday integrations and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• HR or HRIS background (benefits, compensation, payroll)
• Experience with HRIS integration testing
• Vendor file specification knowledge
• Familiarity with integration testing methodologies
