Position Title: Site Reliability Engineer II

Pay Rate: $110K/Annum
Position Description:
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) II to support the design, reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise network and system infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of networked systems and data communications environments.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong, proactive engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, improving system resilience, and collaborating across teams to deliver reliable services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, administer, and support network and systems infrastructure used for enterprise data communications
Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of network and system environments
Monitor system health, analyze performance trends, and recommend scalability and optimization improvements
Manage load configurations for centralized data communication and processing systems
Implement system and network enhancements, including hardware and software upgrades
Serve as a technical point of contact for performance analysis, service architecture, and database/system administration issues
Coordinate equipment orders, installations, upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance
Partner with vendors and service providers, including negotiating and placing orders with common carriers
Follow and support established Change Management and operational best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and system-related issues
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence
Required Skills / Education:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
3 5 years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Technical Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, products, and protocols
Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments
Understanding of distributed systems, database platforms, and system monitoring tools
Familiarity with Internet security principles and infrastructure security best practices
Exposure to Oracle ERP, enterprise databases, or similar platforms preferred
Experience with troubleshooting complex infrastructure and network issues
Knowledge of version control, monitoring, and operational support tools
