ServiceNow Software Engineer IV (Remote)
Primary Location: Remote

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Software Engineer IV (Remote) for our premier client.

WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

Education and Experience

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITBM/SPM modules.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
ServiceNow CIS-SPM certification.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting within ServiceNow.
Custom app development.
Upgrade experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must Have:

5+ years experience on ServiceNow platform.
Agile.
ServiceNow CIS - SPM.

Domain Knowledge:

Understanding of project portfolio management, demand management, resource planning and timecard management processes.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an Agile environment.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Design & Development:

Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow components.
Peer Review and regression testing.

SPM Module Expertise:

Implement and optimize modules such as Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Time Card, EAP and CWM.
Support portfolio planning, project execution, and resource allocation processes.

Integration & Automation:

Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Collaboration:

Partner with ServiceNow administrators and architects to ensure best practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Agile:

Experience being a member of a Scrum Agile team.
Solid understanding of Agile principles.

Maintenance & Support:

Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability.
Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
