We are seeking a senior transformation leader to drive the enterprise-wide adoption of modern Agile and Lean ways of working. This role plays a critical part in redefining how the organization delivers value, scales execution practices, and fosters a culture grounded in collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of organizational change leadership, executive-level influence, and deep Lean-Agile expertise. They will partner closely with executive and senior leadership to align on a shared operating model, remove systemic impediments, and improve delivery outcomes across the enterprise.
This individual operates as a strategic advisor, enterprise coach, and catalyst for change, helping leaders and teams translate strategy into consistent execution while evolving behaviors, mindsets, and operating rhythms.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Executive Partnership & Leadership Enablement
Advise and coach senior leaders (VP and Executive level) on Lean-Agile leadership practices, decision-making models, and operating cadences.
Facilitate executive working sessions, portfolio alignment discussions, and strategic reviews to improve prioritization and delivery alignment.
Provide insight and guidance informed by data, delivery metrics, and organizational health indicators.
Enterprise Change & Transformation
Define and lead the change approach supporting Agile and Lean adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness planning.
Develop phased transformation roadmaps that address structural, process, and behavioral change.
Establish success measures to track adoption, maturity, and impact over time.
Operational Effectiveness & Flow
Identify cross-functional friction, dependency challenges, and systemic constraints impacting throughput and delivery.
Lead diagnostic and improvement efforts such as value stream analysis, root-cause sessions, and flow optimization workshops.
Partner with Product, Technology, and Business Operations leaders to improve consistency and execution discipline across teams.
Agile Practices, Standards & Alignment
Contribute to the development and evolution of enterprise Agile standards, playbooks, and governance models.
Support alignment across strategy, portfolio planning, delivery teams, and leadership forums.
Help define and operationalize metrics, dashboards, and health assessments that support transparency and continuous improvement.
Culture, Capability & Talent Development
Enable leadership and team capability through training, workshops, and communities of practice.
Mentor Agile practitioners, delivery leaders, and product roles across the organization.
Champion a culture of trust, learning, experimentation, and psychological safety.
What We re Looking For
7+ years of experience leading Agile or Lean transformations in large, complex, and matrixed organizations
5+ years in leadership or management roles, including experience operating within or leading a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence or similar transformation function
Background in management consulting or enterprise transformation roles strongly preferred
Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and guiding large-scale organizational change
Hands-on experience coaching leaders, teams, and practitioners at multiple levels
Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean), supported by relevant certifications (SPC, SA, RTE, etc.)
Deep understanding of product management and the software delivery lifecycle
Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive storytelling skills
