Role: AI literacy & Learning Specialist

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Duties

Execute the AI literacy roadmap designed by the AI Office.
Partner with HR, Corporate Comms, and IT Enablement to deliver AI education at scale.
Manage the AI Champions network and coordinate feedback loops.
Create modular learning (videos, micro-learnings, job aids, workshops).
Customize materials for executives, managers, and frontline associates.
Develop communication plans and enablement collateral for internal campaigns and tool launches.
Track adoption KPIs: engagement, training completion, and business impact metrics.

Skills

Demonstrated experience leading technology adoption or enablement programs.
Skilled at building learning paths, writing comms, and facilitating live sessions.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and enterprise governance basics preferred.
Excellent organization and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
5 8 years in Learning & Development, Change Enablement, or Product Adoption.
