Summary

Prominent is assisting our client find a Java Developer specializing in scanning and Zero Trust technology. This is a long term contract opportunity. Preference given to candidates residing in or within a commutable distance to Greenwood Village, Colorado; Omaha, NE, or Berkeley Heights, NJ. The Software Development Engineer:

Designs, develops, tests, installs, and maintains systems, applications, networks, and/or telecom and related processes to meet the functional objectives of the business.
Assesses system, application, network, and/or telecom needs, provides modeling and simulation consulting to clarify client technology functionality, and evaluates and implement new advanced technologies.
Ensures adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutions.

Supports existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project.
Running each scan for all applications, reviewing the scan results and making the required code changes as needed.

Potential candidates will need to have the ability to work W2 on Prominents’ payroll during the contract period.

Requirements:

5+ years development experience with Java v 17 or above
Toolset should include SQL DB, Sonatype, Fortify and Web Inspect as well as Azure DevOps
Familiarity with ZeroTrust security architecture preferred

Anticipated pay range in the $64-70/hr range.
