Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to manage end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors EC, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of EC and Payroll data models. This role supports seamless data flow, testing, vendor coordination, and issue resolution across HR and Payroll systems.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure timely and efficient integration design, development, testing, and deployment.

3–6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central and Payroll integration.

Added value will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, and Workforce Software modules (e.g., Time, Absence, Scheduling).
Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, EC-Payroll replication, and integration best practices.
