Summary

We are seeking a CoStar Real Estate Developer with strong configuration and integration experience who can deliver high-value capabilities in a SAFe Agile environment. Configure, extend, and integrate the CoStar platform and related real estate data workflows translating business requirements into system settings for Lease Administration, Accounting (AP/GL integration, ASC 842 / IFRS 16), Transaction Management and Strategic Planning. Collaborate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), participate in PI Planning, and partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to turn data into actionable outcomes.
