Job Description We are seeking a Vice President, Business Product Engineering, to lead the design and delivery of innovative, scalable solutions within our Financing Solutions technology ecosystem. This role combines product management, business analysis, and solution architecture to enable operational resilience and optimize processes across the trade lifecycle. You will help define product strategy, translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, and oversee deployment of mission-critical platforms supporting institutional investors globally.

What You Will Be Responsible For - Requirements & Analysis: Gather and synthesize business/system requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process mapping; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
- Process Optimization: Design and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) workflows; identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Product Design & Documentation: Develop conceptual models, functional specifications, and user stories; partner with UX teams on wireframes and prototypes.
- Delivery Leadership: Own backlog prioritization, support Agile development, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives; coordinate test planning and UAT.
- Deployment & Change Management: Define business deployment strategies, oversee readiness activities, and facilitate end-user training and adoption.
- Vendor Management: Drive vendor engagements working with Procurement, Legal and Third-Party Risk Management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in the investment/securities industry; BS/BA in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Expertise in financial services applications supporting transactional processing and reporting across the trade lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of securities lending, repo transactions, collateral management, and custody operations.
- Experience with UI/UX design requirements and usability principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and conceptual modeling.
Additional Requirements - Exceptional communication skills-able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a focus on risk and compliance.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Visio/Figma
Salary Range: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual
