Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Azure Logic Apps for business process automation and system integrations
Implement and manage event-driven and scheduled workflows using Azure Logic Apps
Integrate Logic Apps with Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob Storage, SQL, REST APIs
Monitor application health and performance using Azure APM (Application Insights)
Configure custom metrics, alerts, dashboards, and logs using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
Analyze application performance, latency, failures, and dependency issues
Troubleshoot Logic App failures, connector issues, and integration errors
Implement retry policies, exception handling, and performance optimization techniques
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
Ensure security, compliance, and governance using Azure best practices
Document workflows, monitoring procedures, and operational runbooks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
12+ Years of IT experience with 5 years of Azure Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard)
Experience with Azure Application Insights (APM) and Azure Monitor
Solid understanding of Azure Integration Services
Experience with Log Analytics, KQL queries, and alert rules
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, OAuth
Familiarity with Azure Functions and event-based architectures
Experience in troubleshooting production issues and performance bottlenecks
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
Strong communication and documentation skills
