IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Addison, TX, Jersey City, NJ, and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple Agile teams across multiple projects, programs and time zones
• Understand the entire Agile Solution process, to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery - e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams
• Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables
• Ensure compliance to standards and provide end-to- end visibility into the health of the project, program and associated deliverables
• Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost
• Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery
• Provide guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies
• Help teams to optimize implementation of Enterprise Agile standards and practices
• Help to identify and resolve organizational impediments that impact team maturity and performance
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders, including external teams, business partners, and other Agile Release Trains/programs
• Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enable Agility
• Governance Stakeholder Management - Contribute to artifacts needed for governance forums
• Understand stakeholder expectations and create regular updates to keep stakeholders informed
• Support resource planning

Requirements:

• Agile Coach
• Agile tools (Jira)

• Enterprise program and project tool (ex: PPRT)

Pay Range: $57.70-$65.70
