Job Title: SharePoint Administration (Intern)
Location: Austin, TX (Locals Only)
* Assist in managing SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, and security groups.
* Support configuration of libraries, lists, metadata, and content types.
Development and Customization:
* Participate in creating and modifying SharePoint pages using web parts, templates, and branding elements.
* Assist in developing workflows and automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Maintenance and Support:
* Monitor site health and performance; escalate issues as needed.
* Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for SharePoint-related incidents and service requests.
Migration and Integration:
* Support migration of content from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
* Assist in integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive).
Documentation and Compliance:
* Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and standards.
* Ensure adherence to organizational governance and security policies.
Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
* Graduate-level student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Prior internship or professional experience in IT support or SharePoint administration.
* Demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge to practical technical tasks.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
* Understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, site hierarchy, and permissions model.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and administration concepts.
* Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SharePoint customization.
* Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively
