Summary

Qualification:

Lead the development of at least one high-speed digital board from concept through to release.
Expertise in 25G+ SerDes operation.
Knowledge of leading-edge microprocessor-based reference design.
Experience working on design or debugging of high-speed 10-25G+ optics.
Familiarity with high-speed components such as FPGA, PHY, Retimers, PCIe Switch, and POL.
Strong hands-on lab skills with equipment like oscilloscopes, analyzers, and VNAs.
Ability to set up hardware for debugging purposes.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or others to write and run minimal scripts.
General knowledge of networking hardware and familiarity with networking equipment terminology.
