Job Description (Short):
We are hiring an Event Technology Support Specialist for a highly customer-facing role requiring 100% weekly travel across the U.S. The role supports PwC client offsite events (3–5 days per event) and provides short-term office desktop support backfill between events. Responsibilities include pre-event planning, onsite IT/AV setup, live event support, and post-event teardown, along with standard desktop support when assigned to offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-event planning, site readiness, and coordination with venues/AV teams

• Onsite setup and testing of printers, networks (Wi-Fi/wired), and AV systems

• Live event IT support for connectivity, printing, conferencing, and AV issues

• Event teardown, asset inventory, documentation, and incident reporting

• Office desktop support: Windows/macOS, printers, M365/Teams, hardware setup

• Ticket handling via ServiceNow and vendor coordination
